Customize Labels With Your School’s Name

1. Open the document MS-Word on the Setup page of the lesson you wish to customize labels for. Each label has the artist’s name already in place. Type in your school’s name in the first label in the first column.

2. Now copy the information to more labels in the first column: Select the 3 lines – Name, School, Inspiration – by dragging your cursor over them. Be sure there is a space selected in front of each line.

3. Copy.

4. Select the same 3 lines in the next box in the first column.

5. Paste.

6. Repeat pasting into all the boxes in the first column.

7. Next, copy the information in the first column to the other 2 columns: Select the entire first column.

8. Copy.

9. Paste into each of the next 2 columns. Make sure the spacing doesn’t change when you paste. You can type in student names at this time if you wish, or write them in once printed.

10. Print the page on Avery label 5160.

11. Write in Student Name if not printed.

Note: You can adjust the number of labels for each lesson if you need more or fewer than 30 labels.
